Shipping fees are not refundable except in the case of incorrect or damaged merchandise.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are making an exchange, Heartwood will pay the postage to send the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation for your return package to ensure your package gets to us safely.
Returns and exchanges will be processed within one week of our receipt of the items. You will receive e-mail notification when your return/exchange is complete.
